The product enters the high temperature baking process after hot pressing. During the whole process, the temperature will change continuously, from 130 degrees to more than 200 degrees. After 8 hours of high temperature fixation, we will finely grind the brake pads. Make the friction surface smoother and ensure the flatness of the friction surface. The quality inspectors of each process will check the products to ensure that the products are 100% qualified.

The unique HPP high temperature and high pressure ablation is used to press the product at high temperature, the temperature can be as high as 750 degrees, and the instantaneous high temperature and high pressure combustion treatment of 1 ton pressure can effectively prevent the crystallization of friction materials. Without this procedure, the patch can easily deteriorate during use.

After the above processes, the product is sprayed with anti-corrosion to make it hard and wear-resistant, beautiful in appearance, and effectively prevent product corrosion. We can also spray blue, red, purple, green, black, gray, etc. according to customer required color.
